After almost a decade in outside sales for a major international office systems corporation and non-profit major events planning, fundraising, and management, Mariah envisioned and developed the largest equestrian facility in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Following the completion of the $4m, 2-year commercial construction project that she personally designed and oversaw, Mariah owned and daily managed all aspects of her company’s employees, clients, social media sites, and promotional material for a further six years, as well as founded a 501©3.
She has expert working knowledge of large property issues including but not limited to zoning, permitting, conservation, environmental, well, septic, drainage and boundary disputes.
