Mariah provides superior negotiating skills and a large network of resources for both buyers and sellers. She understands and honors her fiduciary duty to her clients, the large labyrinth of California Association of Realtor’s paperwork, and all of the different ways to search and obtain properties. After almost a decade in outside sales for a major international office systems corporation and non-profit major events planning, fundraising, and management, Mariah envisioned and developed the largest equestrian facility in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Following the completion of the $4m, 2-year commercial construction project that she personally designed and oversaw, Mariah owned and daily managed all aspects of her company’s employees, clients, social media sites, and promotional material for a further six years, as well as founded a 501©3.

She has expert working knowledge of large property issues including but not limited to zoning, permitting, conservation, environmental, well, septic, drainage and boundary disputes. In fall 2013 she decided to turn her experience and business acumen to real estate, where she has already risen to the top 5% by units sold of all CCAR agents, and top 10% by dollar volume. Mariah is an Accredited Staging Professional, and has been awarded the National Association of Realtor’s “Green” Designation, for advanced education in areas of energy efficiency and smart building practices.
