She offers expert insight for raw land, horse, and ranch property sales with her professional working knowledge of large property issues; including but not limited to permitting, conservation, environmental, drainage, boundary disputes, well, septic, animal, and farm equipment concerns.  Additionally, she has closed hundreds of Residential & Commercial (Multi-Unit and Commercial Equestrian) Real Estate sales and has years of experience in the rental and vacation holiday sector along with more than 15 years in the fine dining restaurant industry.

Notably, Mariah has twice appeared on "David Letterman's Stupid Pet Tricks", is an avid Peet's Coffee drinker, and has three children all currently or previously enrolled in Contra Costa County public schools and the Acalanes Union High School District.  She also swears a lot, drinks whiskey, is a Purple Belt in Kung Fu earning double Gold Medals in both Single and Double Weapon Stick Fighting in the Women's 18+ division at the U.S. International Kuo Shu Championship Tournament in Baltimore MD 2023, and along with her dog Daisy is currently the #1 Champion the United States in her division for Agility with the Great Dane Club of America.  Some people also say she is competitive.
